Introduction: Hi my name is Jay and I specialize in helping women & men burn unwanted body fat & tone by gaining lean muscle. I graduated Brockport College with a major In Kinesiology & a minor in Coaching. Being a head group instructor for the last several years I have worked with a lot of people. With that came a variety of body types, injuries and medical modifications. I have learned a lot about body types, limitations , nutrition and corrective exercise.
