I've been training with Sam and Andre for about two months, and I am very happy I selected them! I learn something new every time, they're easy to get along with, and I always feel good about myself after I get done with my session. My friend and I both decided to train with Sam and Dan. They are both super funny and motivating. They make us feel comfortable and really personalized our trainings. They also help with nutrition as well, which we really needed and has been super helpful so far! So excited for the next two months :)

UFO Fitness was one of the first trainers to respond to my Thumbtack request. I’ve had two workouts and they were great. Sam and Dan are knowledgeable and have tailored my workouts to my specific needs. Also, the facility is great with very few people working out at any one time.

Every client has their first session complimentary, where they can: -Explain their goals -See our facility -View & explore our comprehensive app -Meet in our private office -Go through movement screens (assesses ability level) -Workout with staff so we validate our background & expertise -And pick a program that best fits their situation!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has Doctorates, Degrees and Certifications in several exercise related fields... as well as many other specialties, please ask! We are currently working with hundreds of satisfied clients in multiple facilities!
