What do you love about your job?
I love watching the faces of my students when they finish a piece of music. It is fabulous. I love seeing progress week to week, and right before my eyes, I realize I am giving the gift of music. I teach because it's like the air I breathe. I cannot live without it, and I want to spread the knowledge that I have learned with others. I love the piano, and I enjoy watching people play it.
What or who inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by myself because I was getting so many piano students. Bad habits are not formed when they come to me from the beginning. I have studied from a famous school like Eastman School of Music, and all my methods are from them.
Describe your most memorable project.
My most memorable moment was winning the New York Piano Competition with 200 of the best pianists. It was hard work, but it paid off in the end.
