He explained everything they were doing and actually showed me what was being installed or changed on the old system. Then when they were done he went back through and showed me the work they did. I highly recommend Chad or anyone from John Betlem. I have been in this house for 10 years and have made the mistake of trying cheaper contractors. Which has always ended up with problems. Betlem is a little more expensive but I have never had an issue with them and they have actually fixed issues from previous jobs and just included it in whatever job they were doing at no extra cost! A++, 10 out of 10 service!!!"See more
