Joan has a great approach to marital counseling which focused us on a problem solving mode that was proactive. She is a great listener and very empathetic. We have enjoyed working with her very much.
Pastor Williams exceeded our expectations. We are not attending his church. And we respect him and his counseling very much. We have been very blessed to have made this connection.
Since contacting Mr&Mrs.Ricketts in early 2015, after I watched a YouTube video of Mr.Ricketts speaking; they’ve been nothing short of a strong support system for me as Jesus Christ calls Christians to be for each other. When we first started contacting each other I was going through one of my hardest battles with depression. Through them encouraging me to share my testimony for one of their videos series, I began to strongly feel the love of God. During the interviews Mr&Mrs.Ricketts poured Jesus Christ into me with their encouragement and honesty about being disciplined in my walk with Jesus Christ. After filming we continued to stay in touch. There were times where we had Bible studies over Skype, which helped me to better understand what it means to live for God. Even when I stumbled in my walk and sought them for advice they didn’t shame and look down on me. They encouraged me in Jesus name and biblically corrected me with love and grace. Mr&Mrs.Ricketts are truly living vessels for Jesus Christ. They possess genuine selflessness and love, that God calls Christians to have. Their ministry has blessed me and encouraged me to be the women God created me to be in Jesus Christ. I thank God regularly for the blessing they are to me.
It was an excellent service, filled with personal touch and little surprises. Russian was an extra bonus. We loved every moment.
My wife insisted we go to counseling since we were fighting all the time. I was skeptical, but Alison made me feel comfortable. She didn't take sides or make me "the bad guy." She taught us how to speak to each other so that we wouldn't keep going in circles and getting madder. She helped us both see our part in the problems and gave us ways to make things better. We're better parents now as well, not only because the kids don't have to see us fighting, but because we're calmer and have better strategies for dealing with conflict. I'm so glad we went. My wife and I haven't been this happy since we were first married.
Marriage counseling; very accommodating, felt very comfortable with her and she gave wonderful advice.
Bishop Parrott has been a blessing from the day I met him. I lost a loved one and he gave spiritual and grief counsel. Every session that I attended was phenomenal! I would recommend Bishop Parrott as a spiritual counselor as well as a leader to those which are lost...
I was referred to Gary Katz by a friend of mine. After my experience I highly recommend the services. I used his services for couples relationship counseling. My relationship with my partner was in shambles. He was able to get us back on track by really listening to us and providing real options for our situation. He provided a safe and comfortable environment for us to address uncomfortable issues. We had issues with trust and communications. He gave us different activities to help us be more successful with our communication and to rebuild trust. I must mention that although I was there for couples counseling, the information I learned during my sessions help to save and better other relationships at work and with my family. I am really appreciative of my experience and highly recommend The NY Center For Healthy Relationships, Intimacy, and Sexuality for anyone seeking to better their quality of life.
As a counseling practioner, I use discretion when selecting my own therapist and marriage counselor. Tina quickly picks up the pulse of each individual as well as the dynamic between them. Her incisive and insightful comments are offered judiciously. She maintains high standards of integrity viz. HIPAA. Her availability is flexible for working couples. She balances being a caring person and professional. I highly recommend her for couples and individual therapy based on my experience with her in both areas. S.
Very compassionate and helpful
I've had the privilege of working with Lorraine for over 6 years now, first in couples counseling sessions and subsequently in solo therapeutic sessions. I've found the work we've done in her office to be transformational both to my relationship and engagement in the rest of my life. Whether we're untangling historic patterns, or giving voice to my current fears and troubles, her questions and thoughts are incisive and cut to the heart of the issue. In addition to remarkable intelligence, Lorraine brings to bear a vast well of empathy that has allowed me to come as I am, however I am, whenever I need to and always expect to be greeted with the same openness; the same safe space. She is clear and thoughtful and her words have helped guide me to some of the most profound revelations of my adult life. Time spent in session with her is never time wasted. In addition, I have done two past life regressions with Lorraine and they have been truly fascinating; guiding me to places within myself that reveal the underlying histories behind what had always seemed to be irrational fears or concerns. In knowing those histories, the regressions have given me yet another tool to help me navigate my path in life. I'm so grateful to have found her. Julia M

I consulted with Mr. Piper for couples counseling. I had the impression that he was genuinely interested in understanding my relationship, and I valued his authenticity. I do not hesitate to recommend others to him.
Pastor Christine provided marriage counseling and the right tools to communicate with my spouse and conflict resolution. We worked on how I can be understanding more of my spouse feelings and expectations. I have recommended her to friends of mine who are going through counseling now.
"I have had the privilege of working with Mary Ann for the past 20 years. She has helped me so much to heal, grow and to love the person I am today. Mary Ann is a great listener; she offers incredible advice and passes no judgment. You can tell her anything and she will embrace you regardless of your issues. She is passionate, gentle and incredibly knowledgeable. She is extremely powerful during the hands on healing process due to her own spiritual journey and the training she has received from some of the best in the world. My journey has taken me from a place of confusion, mourning, and low self esteem to a more self confident and joyous person. Mary Ann is a great person to help through the tough times in life or just to refresh and continue your spiritual journey. Mary Ann is the Best!"
