It was clear John was experienced and knew what he was talking about - he even got on the phone with Navien to see what he could get out of an expired warranty. They ended up needing to replace the heater, and were able to do it the same day which I thought was amazing. They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced and communicative. 10/10 would recommend and I'd definitely call them in the future. The demo crew who removed the previous sink didn’t make it easy, but he took his time to be able to connect clean drain and faucet lines with quality materials. He was also available when needed on a short time line, which was crucial. Super nice as well! Would certainly use again for future projects.

Joe and Leonard made this project quick and easy. Leonard responded to my request within a short time and was able to accommodate me the same evening. They helped me pick out a new kitchen faucet and Joe designed a three spigot outdoor connection for the hoses. Then, they did the shopping for all the necessary items. Leonard kept in touch the whole time. I am very happy with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the men and the stress-free experience. As an advanced do it yourselfer I normally do my own plumbing work. However, the years have taken their toll and that is no longer always possible and a job involving reconnecting 2 steam radiators to the main steam line has gone uncompleted for several years. I received an email invitation from Thumbtack to submit the job to their site. It was one of the better decisions of my life as one of the responding plumbers was William Morton. To make a long story short, William new exactly what had to be done and completed the job in a few hours with a level of expertise and professionalism rarely encountered these days. His work was well beyond my expectations and, except for the 2 now hot radiators, you would never know he was in my home. The work areas were left spotlessly clean and my heating system functioning perfectly. He was on time to the minute, completed the job with professionalism and did so at a reasonable price. I highly recommend William Morton anytime you need a plumber.
