Friendly, professional atmosphere. Terry was very thorough with explaining exactly what is needed to achieve my weight loss goals. He covered nutrition, cardio, and weights. First workout was tough but he encourages you every step of the way. When you struggle he helps you through it with encouragement and not defeat. I would highly recommend Terry as your personal trainer. He knows his information and uses it wisely.
Every workout is varied and intense in different ways from heavy lifting to high cardiovascular and everything in between, as well as designed to accommodate all strengths and abilities. Class sizes are on the smaller side which gives you a feeling of having a personal trainer but with the socialization of others. The trainers are great at accommodating any alignment so you don't have to skip a workout if you are having any "issues." I have been attending classes for 2 years straight years and never have I stayed so committed to working out since my collegiate athlete days. I would recommend CrossFit Schenectady to anyone who wants to get in shape or take their training to the next level.

I have had a personal training session with Jordan and have signed up to train with her on a regular basis. She was on time and organized with the activities for the day. The workout was 30 minutes and very effective. The exercises were based on aspects that I had mentioned that I wanted to work on. It was a good experience overall.
