Nataliya has introduced me to yoga in a very positive way. She listened to my physical needs and limitations, and structured a program to address these. She plans each session in advance, and always follows up afterwards to see how I am feeling. I have already made progress after only a few sessions!

Nataliya is amazing. My husband and I (yoga newbies) have worked with her for a few sessions and she has gone at our separate paces and she makes us both feel extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend her.

I was extremely impressed with Natalyas sensitive yet demanding style of teaching. Having never taken Yoga classes before, I was unsure what to expect or how to judge her aptitude as an instructor. I decided to let time and my body determine for me. Classes started out very slowly, and although they became gradually more challenging, Natalyia remained sensitive to my bodys limitations till the end. Now, having taken ten classes with her, I feel that I can join a group session anywhere knowing that I have acquired the necessary tools to confidently follow my teachers instructions. I recommend Natalyia whole-heartedly and will dearly miss her as well as her classes.

Nataliya is really an attentive and compassionate yoga teacher. I feel very comfortable and well taken care of in her classes. Not only does she goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and supported but she is quite knowledgeable in her practice. I love my classes with her!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I taught a series of restorative yoga classes (7 total) with each focusing on opening a specific chakra and at the end I used a particular aromatherapy scent to enrich my clients' experience during savasana. I think it was extremely beneficial to my clients as well as informative.
