"Art Muir did a professionally excellent job cleaning my fairly large deck!! He was right on time, very cordial and knowledgeable. He surveyed the task at hand and discussed a few ways he could attack the job. He did sll of the work to my satisfaction. I asked him to look an additional job I need to have done, and he was more than helpful in discussing what and how the job needs to be done. I would recommend Mr. Muir who needs a household task,large or small to be done!!"

"Brian did a great job with our home inspection. He took his time to answer all of our questions and is very educated on all aspects of a home. We are moving out to the country where we have never had to deal with a well, septic, oil and propane. We feel a lot more confidant in the home we are purchasing. He had the report done up in 4 hours. Was very honest about well water testing and the prices on him doing it vs us doing it. Brian was helpful, honest, patient and professional. There were a few things we needed fix and he even offered to go back to the home to make sure it was truly fixed."
