I have multiple certifications through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I am a certified personal trainer, as well holding specializations in senior fitness, golf, corrective exercise, weight loss, and fitness nutrition all though NASM, as well as pre/post natal certified and kettlebell certified. Lastly, I have a master's degree in physical education. My focus is to help my clients become more fit and healthy. I do this by making sure my workouts are appropriate for my clients, that my clients perform these exercises with proper form, and knowing my clients limits; so they receive an effective and safe workout. Combining my workout routines, with my exercise guidance for you to do on your own, and nutritional recommendations will help all individuals become more fit and healthy. I usually work with beginners to intermediate based clients of all ages ranging from 13-70+ that are looking to lose weight, tone up, improve their strength, relieve some aches and pains, and improve their overall health. I enjoy the personal connections I make with my clients. My clients become my friends and some even become like family. I am so happy to see my clients progress both mentally and physically.

I injured my lower back in mid-2014 lifting something really heavy. I went to the doctor who immediately referred me to a physical therapist and chiropractor. For a year, I would spend my afternoons with either one of these doctors’ office. For the entire year I would wake up and go to sleep in pain (I gave it a 7 on the scale). I was so incredibly frustrated that after spending over $4k in doctors there was no progress. One day I got an ad on the mail with Brad’s information. We met the next day. Brad made me do a bunch of exercises while taking notes and really… really paying a lot of attention to my mechanics. Right away he told me about my hips not being flexible, my knees not properly going down while squatting (one knee would pop out), and my lack of core strength. I was with Brad for about two month and by the first two weeks “my God” the pain was gone. You guys have no idea what it is like to live with pain. Since I last saw Brad, I have been playing tennis, golf and some soccer. I recently started road cycling and it feels great. I am so thankful to this guy. I really liked how he paid attention to details. (way better than many PTs I saw in 2014) About me 33 years old College athlete (Tennis) No longer work out as I used to because of work (Technology) And recently married...

I worked with Brad over the course of a year. I have to say, thanks to him, I was in the best shape of my life. Not only is he a great trainer but is understanding to the unique needs of each client. I was in my 40's when I started with Brad and was very nervous about starting this training process. He couldn't have been more understanding and compassionate. He taught me so much. I would recommend Brad to anyone that is serious about getting in shape.

I have known Brad Jerris and have worked with him often. Most recently I had finished a course of chemo from pancreatic cancer and he helped me restore my muscle tone. He is extremely knowledgable regarding diet, muscle training and weight loss
