I met Maura a while ago when I was looking for a teacher to help me improve my conversation skills in English. During our meetings she stimulated the conversation by asking lots of questions about myself, about my country, making me not only to use English but gaining the necessary confidence needed to speak in another language that is not my native one. Another valuable thing that I learned from Maura was a good insight about American culture, people and places in NJ/NY. She also recommended me great books for improving my conversation skills, with useful expressions and topics for practice. Last but not the least, Maura shared from her experience in Toefl preparation exam which is one of my future objectives. I recommend Maura for anyone who is interested in improving English language skills.
