My Husband and I are First time Homebuyers. We were extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and experienced Property Inspection of NY is.
After a thorough inspection Mr. Torres did a complete verbal rundown on the interior and exterior in an understandable way and allowed me to ask any/all questions and provided me with an additional walkthrough to show exactly what he inspected and the condition, he explained everything that he was looking for and the current condition compared to required standards.
By the end of the inspection he was able to show areas that he would advise updating. I felt comfortable and reassured that I was buying a solid home that just needed some TLC. I would definitely use Property Inspection of NY in the future and Highly recommend to others. I wish I could give more than FIVE STARS!!!

Highly Recommend! Property Inspections did an annual maintenance checkup for my parent's home and what a great job! We've used different inspectors over the years but this inspector went above and beyond. He took his time addressing all the questions and concerns my parents had and there were many as the house is a little older. A big plus was that he also spoke Spanish so I didn't need to translate for them like in the past. They were able to communicate directly with him and were extremely satisfied. I am in the process of buying a condo and will most definitely use property inspections for my future home purchase.
