Latest Review: I got to see both Josh and Kelsey, and I felt very comfortable working with both of them. I didn't know how amazing hypnosis was, but they've made me a believer. I love that they also offer classes where I'm able to meet other people going through the same thing I am, and classes for those of us that are interested in becoming a hypnotist.

    Latest Review: If you are looking for a fitness trainer that is knowledgeable, personable, patient and professional, you have come to the right place. As a former Physical Educator, I think I am a great judge. What also places Mike above the rest is his ability to work with all age groups. He makes fitness fun for all, yet pushes you toward your limits. Flexibility is also key, as Mike can create workouts on the spot to fit the capabilities of all under his care. He is encouraging and challenging. It is important to know that he keeps up with the latest fitness trends and health issues, too. He communicates well and will demonstrate anything you don't understand and. I recommend Mike with our reservation.

Our movement patterns as a society are aweful. We end up putting our bodies into positions we are not supposed to be in on a daily basis. The result-bad posture, which creeps into our running form.
