- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make sure to take the complexity out of our pricing. When we first meet with you to discuss your event, we assess you needs carefully. Our quotes are easy to read and in case there is a doubt, we are easy to reach for an answer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Industry goes from analog to digital, the complexity is increasing. That is why we make sure all of our techs are trained in the use of our latest equipment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It starts for most of us with an interest in music. It helps to be a little bit of a gadget freak. Then you have to be a capable and actually enjoy troubleshooting. In certain situations, the complexity is high and the deadlines are short. You have to like the pressure. But not show it. You have to like people, AND show it. But, when it is all said and done and the band is dialed in, you get to sit back and listen. Life doesn't get much sweeter than that for us.
