- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally start off with a phone call to get an understanding of the project. If this is something we feel we are the right for us and our time next step is a at home consultation. During this time let the questions fly, we are there to take measurement and walk through the details. After this meeting we will prepare a BID for the project. If all looks good and you wish to move forward. We collect a 25% Deposit and get you on the schedule. Once the project is completed we request the final payment. On Decks this final payment is requested after inspection and approval on new builds. We try to keep it very simple for our customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At DAP we work with a very wide range of customers. Everything from someone looking to change some tricky light bulbs all the way up to your dream bathroom and deck Build.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We strongly encourage our customers to have design preferences in mind for both bathroom and deck builds. One of the easiest ways to do this is to go on Google and find pictures of inspiration for your projects, save them into an album on your phone. From there, it is a lot easier for our team to cater to your design preferences.
