Move Cheap Cincinnati Movers

Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Why move cheap? The answer is simple. Why pay more? We make the moving process easy, convenient, and affordable for you. Many Cincinnati moving companies charge their customers $100.00 or more an hour, but we feel those rates are too high and unfair! With Move Cheap, you get licensed, insured, uniformed, screened, and experienced Cincinnati movers for a low and local price. Why pay the other companies to use their trucks? You rent the truck or trailer (U-Haul, Budget, Penske, etc.), and we charge a low and minimal fee for loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking. We also supply tools, various dollies, moving straps, and other moving equipment at no additional charge. Maybe you just need the extra pair of backs to help get the labor done or to load your storage unit. Just give us a call, and we'll get the job done for you! We'll do it for less without sacrificing quality. We also have experience with all of the mobile storage products in the Cincinnati area - PACK-RAT, U-Box, Units Mobile Storage, ABF UPack, GetaSam, Relocube, and PODS. Our goal is to give you the best moving experience possible! Whether you're a student from the University of Cincinnati, a doctor from Anderson Mercy, or a Director of Cincinnati Union Terminal, we're here to help everyone in our hometown area move for a fraction of what the full-service companies charge. Our staffs are all professional, well trained, and come from areas of moving backgrounds, so that you can expect the best. We can save you hundreds, so "why not move cheap?"

Move Cheap was the worst experience we ever had. We provided the number of boxes and items and was told two men for three hours would be sufficient. We counted on the company's expertise in coming up with this estimate as we are not moving professionals. On the day of the move, they began packing the truck at 1:00 p.m., and at 4:00 p.m. informed us that their time was up and they were leaving. I was shocked since only about 1/2 of our items were on the truck. One of them told us he had already put in four hours which was an hour more than the three hours we had contracted for. This was not the case since they didn't start packing the truck until 1:00 p.m., but at any rate, they left. When I inspected the truck, the articles were placed (thrown) about in such a hap-hazard manner that they would have never made the move without being seriously damaged. They even dropped a box with files in it, which were scattered all over, and then hid the mess by placing a mattress in front of it. It was clear they did not know what they were doing and they could have cared less. I called the manager at Move Cheap for help, but was informed that we had only contracted for three hours and we were "pretty much out of luck". We would have gladly paid for additional services, but since Move Cheap was unwilling to help us with a solution, I had to repack their work and then lift the remaining heavy furniture and items into the truck. I believe the company is a scam and low-balls competitors by underestimating the amount of time it will take to complete a move and then walks away when their "contracted time" is done. They also charge $20 extra for insurance to cover damage to anything they pack on to the truck, which is was negated because you have to repack their work. Potential customers need to be aware of how this business operates before they're left "holding the bag" like we were. If you value your household items and want to avoid packing out the remainder of your truck, it's best to stick with a nationally recognized firm that hires experienced workers and provides customer service.

Movers were good, but wait. They sent 2 movers for 5 hrs, and they only filled up the truck and left it at the house. We were stuck. We had to rent the truck for another day, and then we went back to get more help from them to unload, they did not help. We had to hire workers from another company. They did not offer to pay for the extra day we needed the truck. I did not admit that their planning for the job was bad. I would never use this company again. Poorly managed business.....find someone else.

Terrible company. Tim doesn't know the first thing about running a company, aka good luck getting in contact with him. Movers are poor and the company's insurance is a scam. Actually read it and don't let the man reading it to you fly through it! Company and insurance are a scam!

The guys, Tony and Petar, did a wonderful job! They loaded and unloaded our uhaul truck in under 3 hours with no damage and no breaks. I got tired just watching them! We will recommend them to our friends and family.
