Introduction: As a teacher, I go out of my way to prepare materials for the lesson and provide tools for practicing outside of lessons.
A couple examples:
~I will have charts of chords used in a song we're covering printed before the lesson so we can focus the whole time without having to stop to write anything out.
~I will send you tracks of songs we are learning with the tempo adjusted to your abilities.
~I try to think through any potential "extra" questions you may have about a song or topic so the lesson can run as smooth as possible.
I love getting to be a part of people's process of discovery. My favorite kind of moment in a lesson is when a student suddenly "gets" something we've been working on for weeks.

Chase has been the perfect mix of technique and interest led teaching for my son. He was able to keep my 11 year old son's interest through the difficult beginning months and is now presenting my son with simple songs that my son requests. Highly recommend him!
