- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer online training as well as in person. The online training pricing depends on how many sessions you prefer per week and the type of equipment access you have. For in person session plans your options are either 12 or 24 sessions. All in person sessions are 50 to 60 minutes long.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a comprehensive assessment to evaluate your fitness level that includes: strength, mobility, flexibility, endurance, range of motion and posture. Based off what the assessment shows, I then create a workout plan according to your goals and lifestyle. The cost for the assessment is $30 and if you decide to start training that amount will go towards your session plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Exercise science degree from University of Cincinnati. Personal trainer certified by ACE, NASM and TRX. 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Worked with athletes as well as general population. B License United States Soccer Federation coach. Former soccer player.
