I was scheduled for a Piano move, it started at for 2-pm then they changed it to 6-pm then they changed it to 8:30 pm and believe it or not they wanted to change the delivery to 10-pm of which we told the company that was too late. We had to reschedule for a week later, the delivery finally was accomplished. I will say on the day the piano was finally delivered the delivery people were friendly and did a good job delivering my piano.

Heavy upright piano moved from ground level home to my ground level garage, They were over an hour late, but called. This seems to be their normal operating procedure, based on reviews. My son actually placed the moving order and may have been listed under his name as the customer. Young men were capable and polite.
