I need to sell my house in Cincinnati and I first called some others but quickly learned that ASAP has the most experience and staff to handle the property closing without a hiccup. The bought our property and we only had to sign a 2 page contract and the lady in the office did everything for me and my sister who is in a nursing home and can't leave. When I was told I had to administer my mom's estate I thought it would be tough but then I called Shannon and he took over quickly and introduced me to a probate attorney for the legal part. I can't express how easy it was with an experienced buyer like him because my agent made it sound so hard and complicated. If I ever need anything about a property he told me to always call him for the right way to handle that.

Outstanding committment to their clients. Their closing processing was amazing compared to my past experience with several realtors...it really makes you think these realtors twist up a transaction to prove they are worthy of 3%....I won't make that mistake again. Shannon's team was so helpful and polite. I can't express how easy it was to sell to them instead of on the market for months with 20 strangers wandering around my house, opening my closets and poking in just everything. This is the best company I called...and I called them all. Shannon clearly explained how it works which was so easy compared to the traditional way with showings and cancelled showings. They don't even want to ask for repair. I have sold him three of my rentals as I retire and he even made sure to help me sell the right way for less taxes.
