- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I do not charge any fees for my services as a travel agent. Instead, my suppliers pay me directly, so there are no hidden costs or upcharges. Typically, the prices I offer are the same as you would pay on your own, but with the added benefits of my expertise and support throughout your journey. Plus I am very connected and know where the deals are and can get you the best value!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Complete a travel interest form so that I can have all of the important details about your trip. 2. Schedule an optional Discovery Call. During the Discovery Call, we will dwell deeper into your travel needs. We will discuss haves, must-haves, and things to avoid in the main accommodations. 3. I will send you a trip proposal for you to either choose the best option for you or accept or decline it. If you're not happy with the proposal, you can tell me more about your needs and wants or we can even schedule a follow-up call. 4. Once you decide on the perfect accommodations, I will send you the travel registration forms, official quote and payment link. 5. I will then book your trip. After booking, I require a signed Credit card authorization card and driver's license. 6. We're all set! I will send you an invitation to download to my exclusive app which allows you to easily access all of your travel information in one spot. It allows offline accessibility and live flight notifications within 24 hours of your flight! 7. Even though we're done booking I am still here for you and at your service! And if you want to schedule additional calls to book customized excursions and activities I'm here for that, I also have a variety of self-service options you can book on on your own.
