- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer group pricing that is determined by case. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, free of charge. A cancellation can be made via email, phone, or text messaging. All lessons canceled past the 24-hour cut off are subject to a full charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to establish contact with each of my clients so they can put a face/voice to the profile they view online. I also like to take this time to determine what musical concepts should be explored and highlighted in the initial lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Drum Set Performance from the New School for Jazz in New York City. I am also finishing my Masters of Library Science at Queens College, also in New York City.
