- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently catered for a client that turned 60 years old. I prepared and delivered her food. As soon as I got back to the restaurant the phone rang. I answered and it was her with about 6 other people on the phone telling me the food was so delicious and that they definitely gonna need my service again next week for her best friends party.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I put in alot of work hours and even though it seems easy it's very hard work. I have to prepare inventory, create new meals , deliver food when asked, constantly cleaning the facility 6 to 7 times a day, prepare fresh meals daily .And the lists keeps going
