FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with national moving coordinators and move brokers to increase our business. One of the great benefits we get from these partnerships is news letters and training materials that help us keep our movers up to date on new techniques for safely moving household goods. Our managers and crew leaders take classes, master the material, and pass this knowledge on to the rest of our movers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in local residential moving. Our typical day consists of heading out to a customer in the morning. We prep their furniture (disassembly, padding, drawer tying), prepare our truck, and get moving. We bring enough protections to cover every piece that they have, we secure their belongings in the truck, and our trained drivers deliver their goods to the new home quickly and safely.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions and get references. Get to know how a company operates, what their policies are, and how they plan to make your move as smooth as possible. We are happy to give you advice to make your moving day as easy as possible, and we will gladly answer any questions you have about our business, our profession, and what we can do for you.
