First off, they are friendly. Secondly, they move very slow to extend their time. I locked my storage at exactly 4hrs. By the time I got to the car and they packed up their things, it was another 15 min. He told me it was 5hrs total because he had to drive all the way home to Parma. We were in Willoughby. Had to count money (cash) 4x because he kept saying it was short by $200. By the time we were all done it was 5hrs. Their truck was small so I ended up having to leave some things at the house and borrow a trailer and friend to go back to get it. They said they would go back and get it and still keep the time going. Told them no thank you! There is a big language gap. Beware of hiring these guys!
