Chef Scott Popovic really puts the PERSON in creating private dining and catered events. For a mid-sized celebration in my home, he worked closely with me to plan a menu and experience that reflected my tastes, my ideas and the kind of informal atmosphere I wanted. He created a delicious selection dishes for a grazing table,(including gluten free options), arranged the food beautifully, and kept platters filled and looking good throughout the evening. And the kitchen was spotless when he left. He was easy to work with, quick to respond and attentive to detail. I highly recommend Evoke Private Dining and Chef Scott.
