Chef Scott Popovic really puts the PERSON in creating private dining and catered events. For a mid-sized celebration in my home, he worked closely with me to plan a menu and experience that reflected my tastes, my ideas and the kind of informal atmosphere I wanted. He created a delicious selection dishes for a grazing table,(including gluten free options), arranged the food beautifully, and kept platters filled and looking good throughout the evening. And the kitchen was spotless when he left. He was easy to work with, quick to respond and attentive to detail. I highly recommend Evoke Private Dining and Chef Scott.

Scott and his Team did an amazing job at our dinner party. From creating a delicious menu to adding personalized touches everything was perfect. Having known Chef Scott for quite some time, and having enjoyed his culinary talents many many times over the years at his restaurants, I was quite excited for him and his new venture, EVOKE, and to have him create and execute a private dining experience at our home for my wifes birthday. Cooking in someone elses kitchen, not a space youre accustomed to, with our fourteen friends all seated in our dining room, seemed to me, to be quite a challenge. Well not for Chef, not at all. It was game on from the moment he walked in the door!!! He came up with the most amazing menu, catered to several of our guests food allergies and intolerances, and presented an extraordinary evening of culinary delights. He arrived at our home with his sous chef Shane, two servers, china, flatware, glasses, and all the equipment needed to impress us all and impress he did. From full bar service and passed Apps, to a five course sit down dinner with wine pairings, and his witty and charming interaction with all of us, well everyone was overwhelmed. The presentation was incredible. The execution and service was perfect. One after another, the courses were outstanding. Oh and I would be remiss if I didn't mention that late night, as he and his team were preparing to leave, he invited us back into our kitchen only to be met with a huge bowl of his signature popcorn and filet (ya gotta ask for this when he caters an event for you) and gourmet pizzas on the counter. Seems he enjoyed himself, as he left with a big smile on his face - only to be one upped by our guests, whose even bigger smiles filled the room. Thank you Chef for an unforgettable evening. Youre the best!!!
