- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We personally assess the job to provide you with an accurate quote. Our pricing is all-inclusive and non-negotiable, ensuring there are no surprises when the project is completed. Exciting news! We offer a 5% discount to all teachers and first responders!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You'll receive a text from our staff. She will work with you to figure out the best time/day for a technician to come out and check out the project. 2. Our technicians will give an all inclusive, no haggle quote. If you're happy with it, we'll start work right then and there or schedule another time to come out, whichever works best for you. 3. Once the repair or installation is complete we will clean our work areas and prepare the invoice. Invoices can be paid online with a credit card, by check or cash. 4. All work completed comes with a One-Year warranty unless expressed otherwise during the quote process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a second generation plumber. I've been turning wrenches since I was a kid.
