From the start he was very professional in the planning process and made sure to communicate cost and project timelines clearly. Throughout the duration of the project Shigetaka and his team would keep us updated daily on the progress and anything that came up during it. If anything came up that we had not originally noticed or needed changed he made sure to communicate all of the details with us before continuing. His insight and experience on ideas for the project were greatly appreciated. They handled multiple plumbing installations/fixes, new electrical, drywalling, ceiling, and flooring and we could not be more pleased with the result. We love our new basement and are certainly looking forward to working with Shigetaka and his crew again in the future."See more
