My children have been students of Chris Whitney for many years. Chris is very patient and helpful, yet pushes students to strive for more. He is an accomplished musician himself and the most pleasant teacher for which my kids could ever hope.

Chris Whitney is a very knowledgeable and encouraging teacher and I highly recommend him to anybody wanting to study guitar in central Ohio.
He has a wide-ranging musical vocabulary and is comfortable teaching various styles of music, such as jazz, classical, rock, folk, etc.
As I continue my work as a professional classical guitarist, I often look back on my formative years spent with Chris so I can re-connect with the love and energy from those weekly lessons.
