- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jennings Ventures believes in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. Many vacation packages, cruises, and all-inclusive resort bookings do not require a planning fee because our compensation is provided by our travel partners. However, specialized services such as customized itineraries, complex multi-destination trips, corporate travel, group travel coordination, and concierge planning may include a planning fee based on the complexity of the request. Any applicable fees are discussed upfront before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make the travel planning process simple and personalized. Complete the Travel Questionnaire. Schedule a complimentary travel consultation. We discuss your travel goals, budget, preferences, and must-haves. I research the best options and prepare personalized recommendations. Once you select your preferred itinerary, I'll secure your reservations and provide ongoing support leading up to your departure. Even while you're traveling, I'm available to assist if unexpected issues arise. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since founding Jennings Ventures in 2018, I've completed extensive professional travel training to better serve my clients. I successfully completed Travel 101 through Evolution Travel and have participated in numerous supplier and destination training programs through Nexion Travel Group. I also hold destination and supplier certifications, including The Bahamas, Hawaii, The Cayman Islands, Royal Caribbean International, Carnival Cruise Line, and AmaWaterways just to name a few. In addition to my formal training, I continuously stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, entry requirements, and destination information. My experience planning everything from family vacations and cruises to group travel and customized itineraries allows me to provide personalized recommendations and exceptional service from the initial planning stages through your return home.
