I gave Apex a five-star simply because the technician that arrived was awesome with his professionalism very easy to communicate with and he was very people customer oriented. unfortunately because of their extreme high prices I was unable to hire them because charging me $400 and $36 just to install a sink drain. I decided to do it myself from watching YouTube and I was able to get it done within 10-15 minutes at the cost of $12. The charge of $1250 to install a pedestal sink was to costly for me. Although the technician provided a very thorough explanation of the installation process. I decided to sell my brand new pedestal sink and go back to a vanity cabinet sink because I can install it myself. 10 star for Apex's professional demeanor.

The technician was courteous and professional. He answered my questions and completed the work as described. My only suggestion is for Apex to improve the "arrival" time frames they advertise. I expected my technician to arrive in the 8am time frame and he arrived closer to 9:30. And when he arrived, he (in my opinion) wasted time running inspections I wasn't expecting (e.g., the heater) and taking what I believe were unnecessary photos of my basement. I realize he was following a process he was trained to follow, therefore I'm not criticizing him. But from my perspective as a customer, it wasted my time. My home was very warm, and I had to wait for the routine inspection to end before he repaired my air conditioner.
