Introduction: Howard School of Dance offers high level pre-professional training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap and hip-hop with an emphasis on technique. In addition to our technique classes our pre-pro level dancers also participate in regional and national dance competitions. We also offer recreational classes to students who want the experience learning the different dance styles and performing in our yearly recital, or as an HSD Studio Company member where they also get the experience of competition.
