- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First day is a consultation day to see where the client is at physically, what their personal goals are, and how they want to approach them. I follow that up with a short workout to gauge their strength and endurance to shape their workout plan from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ISSA certified personal trainer Sports nutrition certified Athletes in balance
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always made working out a part of my life from the time I started playing sports until now. When I was training for my mixed martial arts fight in 2011, my love for training grew and I wanted to use my knowledge to help people get into shape and build confidence.
