Dodi is an amazing yoga instructor!! She is able to modify positions for multiple joint issues for multiple people all in the same class and you never feel inferior. She also helps you learn to believe in yourself and love yourself. I haven't tried her more advanced classes yet, but I have a friend that has and loves them. As a person that never thought she would want to do yoga I have become a convert and have been recommending it to my friends!

As a novice yoga student, I will admit my apprehension to the practices due to my inexperience. Susan made me feel extremely calm, comfortable and cared for during our practices. She began by introducing basic poses and before I knew it I was mastering flows with ease. Susan's passion for yoga is exemplified through her extensive knowledge of not only the physical aspects, but also the spiritual components that she passes on to her students. She has a genuine desire for her students to learn and get the most out of the practice as possible. Susan's, knowledge, sweet nature and sense of humor are what makes her an outstanding yoga instructor and a genuine pleasure to be around.
Chrissie has been my yoga instructor since November 2014. Before I went to her class, I was a complete novice. Chrissie, both kind and patient, has helped me establish a strong base and continues to challenge me to improve and strengthen my practice. She's a terrific teacher and I would recommend her to anyone.

Crystall was absolutely amazing. I recently moved to Columbus and had to find a new fitness and yoga intstructor after spending 6 years with one I loved back home. I was terrified it would be hard to find a new one and figured it might take a few. Well I got lucky and was referred by a bartender I chatted up with one night that had been training with her for a year. I gave her a call and the rest was history. Amazing and proffessional in every way possible. You tell her what you want to do and she makes an plan for you to exceed what you wanted. I been seeing her now for 4 months now and have been more than pleased with literally everything. I have been yoga training and have had a fitness instructor for a while now and Crystall already has me seeing improvements I wasn't sure I could get to. Safe to say I have found my new trainer/instructor.

The first time I tried yoga was in a nude yoga class. I started practicing yoga in a nude class, because I thought it would be easier to learn and gain flexibility without the restrictions of clothing. It worked. I've had trouble with my lower back and pinched nerves for years, and yoga has helped me become more aware of my body movements and mechanics. After a few months of weekly practice, I now get regular spontaneous alignments in my spine. In other words, my back cracks as Im doing the yoga. The relief is incredible. It addition to increased strength, flexibility, and improved digestion, I began to notice emotional and psychological benefits. My senses seem to have more bandwidth. I became more aware of my surroundings and of my own thoughts. I began to react less to frustrations, and gained more self-control. One of the goals of yoga is awareness of your true self. One of the benefits of nude yoga is becoming aware of and accepting your own physical body. Its also easier to see if your joints are aligned and your posture is correct in the poses without the body being hidden behind clothes. Another benefit of yoga is gaining presence of mind. This is much easier without clothes. Your body feels more of the environment when more of your skin is exposed. Its much easier to stay in the present moment when youre naked. It also gives you a feeling of freedom. All of this is possible because Aaron creates such a safe and calm environment for everyone. His leadership of the practice is very smooth and peaceful, but also, challenging. At first, I thought Aaron was just a great physical coach, but as yoga began to awaken emotional and spiritual growth within me, I've found him to be a wise mentor and guide on that journey as well. If all you want is a great holistic workout, then Aaron can put you through the paces. If you want to transform your body, mind, and spirit, Aaron is very generous with the wisdom hes gained.
Emily is such a caring and professional yoga instructor. I'm in her Saturday morning class, and one thing that I love is that she always asks the class if there's anything in particular that they want to work on. She is really good about monitoring body positioning, and making suggestions for more effective poses. She's also really good at reading the students and suggesting appropriate modifications for a more meaningful practice. The classes are well thought out, and they flow really well. Above all else, Emily is exceptional at fostering a safe space to practice yoga the way that your body will let you.

Cathy is a wonderful yogi! I really enjoy how she obviously takes time and thought to make each class unique and meaningful. She blends exercise with thoughts to ensure your mind gets a workout also. She adds inspiring music and her caring personality to make our practices the highlight of my week. I highly recommend you take her group or private sessions - both are fantastic.
Burg is fantastic at giving instruction. I am a beginner to Yoga, and she takes extra time to explain the details of each pose, including the benefits and proper execution of the pose. She provides great follow up after the lessons with diagrams and notes of the session as well, making it easy to continue to practice during the week. Each week she takes into account your current capabilities while still giving you new challenges. In a word, "AWESOME!"
