I can't help to think back from time to time about my life before I had personal trainer. I was an average size woman that could not run a quarter of a mile or do a single pull-up. I tried 3 personal trainers before I was interoduced to Kyle Blandford. Since I had not had any luck with the 3 previous trainers I wasn't holding out much hope for this new guy. I am proud to say after are very first session I tossed out any preconceived notion's I had about personal trainers. I explained to Kyle verious goals I had and gave him a very accurate picture of the kind of shape I was in. Kyle never let me feel that my goals weren't obtainable even if I shared my own doubts out loud during training. In the weeks and months to come I would begin to see just how good of a trainer Kyle was. Not only had I lost weight I was the strongest I had ever been in my life. In November of 2016 I ran my first 1/2 marathon. I can honestly say this would have never happened without the knowledge, encouragement, dedication and personal training from Kyle Blandford. To boot I can also do countless push-ups along with 10 unassisted pull-ups. The confidence I have now is priceless - thank you from the bottom of my heart! Brooke
I had the experience of taking one of Derrick's boot camps and I would definitely recommend him as a trainer. We always did new and different exercises so the class was never boring. He always incorporated a full body work out which was what I was looking for. He's a great motivator and he will get you the results you are looking for.
I take part in Amanda's Bootcamp classes 3 times a week in the morning and they have been awesome. I am a ex football player and used to only train using heavy weights at my own pace. Taking part in her boot-camps have opened my eyes to a new style of training and being in shape. Great Attitude, Great Personality, & she is very educated in health and fitness. A+++
I've been working with Chris for about 6 months now. I started out in group classes, then did private sessions and now am really enjoying his Boot Camp sessions. I honestly really hated everything about working out at first. It was a necessary evil and I simply forced myself to buy sessions with a trainer just so I'd have an appointment to get to the gym. Thanks in large part to Chris' encouragement and training style, I have a totally new outlook on working out. I find myself making time to workout, whereas before I'd have sworn there were simply not enough hours in the day. Thanks to his nutritional guidance I have learned how to fuel my workouts and how much in the way of calories / protein I should be eating daily as well as helpful suggestions to 'eat this, not that'. I am down almost 20 lbs in just a few short months! I also had significant knee pain when I started working out and now I sometimes forget which knee is my 'bad' knee. Chris has great knowledge of anatomy and proper form during exercise movements which has helped prevent any new injuries and alleviated pain in my knee. I have worked with other trainers in the past; it always seemed like a waste of time or an exercise in frustration. Chris has never missed a session or been late, and is always pushing me to increase the intensity of my workouts. You can tell he really loves what he does and his enthusiasm has a way of rubbing off on you - even at a 6:00 am Boot Camp! He is definitely not a passive rep counter! You will be challenged. Sometimes I think he cares more about the goals I've set for myself than I do. He is rather stubborn in his pursuit of his clients' fitness goals and despite all my protests and attempts to bargain down the dumbbell's weight or number of reps, I rarely am able to get away with such ploys. I am grateful for his relentless nature as I do feel so much stronger and more energetic in my daily life.
I enjoy this bootcamp because she really pushes you. Have you ever worked out and really felt like you really pushed yourself to do your best. Betsy is very positive and attending her boot camp will help you reach your fitness goals.

I have been working out with Michelle for several years now. Some of it has been during group workout classes, some in a personal training setting, some in a rehabilitative environment, and most recently during early morning boot camp. If you are doing the work, you will see the results. Michelle is very energetic and motivating. And, she'll push you when you need it most. She is prompt and reliable and offers a good value for the money.

My wife got into working out and running so I sent her to a 6 week course ($50), yes for 6 weeks, she loved it. I stared eating better and would exercise when I felt like it. I went to a class with her and have been working out ever since. I now attend nick's boot camp, 5 weeks $30....seriously!!! That 6 buck for a hour with personnel trainer, where you going to find that? Exercise tips, eating right, positive encouragement and full support. After a daunting high-risk pregnancy with twins (including 4 months of bed rest and a post-delivery surgery), I was looking for something that was fun and would help me get back into shape. I started taking Tate's kickboxing class in December 2013. I immediately fell in love! I was pretty weak at first (couldn't even do a sit up!), which was highly discouraging for me (I had always been pretty athletic). Tate helped me push through with lots of encouragement. I completely stepped out of my comfort zone and started Muay Thai personal training in August 2015. Since then, I've never looked back! Coach Tate is phenomenal at what he does. He crafts the perfect training sessions...a nice blend of cardio, core, strength, and drilling appropriate technique; his workouts are tough, yet I always feel a sense of accomplishment when finished. I HIGHLY recommend Coach's boot camp classes, or personal training for those who want to take their fitness and mental toughness to the next level.
Trisha Dehall is the best! Not only does she offer amazing bootcamp classes that challenge every fitness level, but she is always available to her clients to provide helpful advice and motivation about diet and nutrition as well. I've been going for nearly three years now and have never done the same workout twice. She keeps it interesting and really cares about everyone who walks through her doors. If you're concerned about cost, it is the best bootcamp deal in the city. And it really works! I have been so thrilled with my results - I've lost 10% body fat, my body is stronger, I'm living healthier, I have more energy, I've dropped 2 pants sizes, and I love every second of each sweaty workout! I have been working with Mic at Peak Physique since March 2014. I love her boot camp classes. They change each month so they never get boring! She customizes the stations for each person so you aren't over-doing (or under-doing) the exercise. Thanks to Mic, I'm feeling better and better each day!
I am loving the current changes in boot camp. I was getting a little bored at the end of the school year. The increase in expectations as well as the different exercises have been really nice!
I've been attending Rachelle's boot camp at Eden Park for over a year now and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is friendly, fun, and most of all...effective! Rachelle is an amazing instructor with all levels of fitness and has an great balance of being able to push you to get the most out of your workout and also being sensitive to personal limitations. My Monday through Thursday morning workouts are something I look forward to each day. She puts so much effort into making every workout completely different, which removes the "boredom" factor that I have always experienced with exercise before I started with Rachelle. Rachelle truly cares about getting you healthy. Over the past year, I've definitely lost pounds of fat, gained muscle, and am almost down 2 pant sizes! I recommend her tremendously (either classes or as a personal trainer) if you want to lose weight, tone up or get back into shape and love doing it.

Within a short amount of time I began to feel stronger, more energy and back pain lessening now to the point of virtually being gone.
