Culinary Arts Diploma from Institute of Culinary Education Currently a Catering Chef at Ford Foundation where I have the honor of Catering to several high profile celebrities, government officials and a variety of social justice organizations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being able to cook the foods in which I grew up with and share them with others have forever been a passion of mine. I enjoy bringing friends and family together over a tasty meal and carrying out the visions of my clients.
