- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different package deals based on the addition of nutrition protocols and individual training protocols. Flexible payment options are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For In- Person clients: We schedule an initial consultation to get to know one another and discuss your goals. We complete an InBody Assessment and discuss your results in relation to how they may affect your progress toward your goals. If you are comfortable, I ask that we complete a ~20-minute workout. This allows me to assess your overall fitness and mobility while providing you the opportunity to inform me about how you prefer to be coached. Online Clients: We schedule an initial consultation to get to know one another and discuss your goals. This consultation can be completed either by phone or Zoom/Facetime. (Online Clients in the Columbus, OH area can schedule an In-Person consultation)
