FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For an hour session the price is $50. I also offer package deals that are cheaper if multiple people sign up. Discounts are applied for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client the first thing done is a free consultation where we discuss all aspects of training such as objectives, goals, health/medical history, exercise history, any physical limitations, and brief nutritional history. After that is completed I’ll have the client go through a movement assessment to see if they have any limitations or muscular imbalances. The whole process takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and I’m certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Since graduating from the University in 2013 I’ve been working with all different populations of people from athletes who want to get stronger and faster to people who just want to simply move better throughout the day.
