- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My training programs consist of 3, 6, and 12, month commitments. the longer the commitment and more frequent the session, the lower the cost will be per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is an in person meeting, to get to know the client, their goals, limitations, abilities, etc. Then, for the first couple workouts, there will be a learning curve where most of the exercises will be taught, and the client will be able to get a workout in, while learning the exercises. After that the sessions get increasingly more difficult, while achieving efficient results, tailored to the clients needs.
