- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is affordable and can be offered at discount rates depending on the option or plan choosen. I do grocery store trips, Nutrition consultations, Workout programming for all needs and goals, Half HR sessions and HR sessions! Contact me, call or text or email and we can discuss options!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing First, I have u get me three day food log which is just where you track what you eat for day, we do two week days Mon- Thurs and a weekend Fri-Sat, so we can get an idea of how much energy we are intaking, that way we can establish our training and nutrition goals, after that we begin the process of learning healthy food options and substitutions and quality ingredients, and how to balance our diet and why, and make sure we are getting all our vitamins so we are happy and healthy and not grouchy and bite Joe's head off :)! we learn basic excercises building our muscles up which will INCREASE OUR METABOLISM and then move onto beneficial excercise programming adding new excercise and techniques tailored to you individual progress and goals! We gotta crawl before we walk, and walk before we run!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition, minored in Athletic Coaching, and am a Certified Personal Trainer. I am working on a Health and Wellness Certificate currently along with Corrective Excercise Certification as well. And am going to school for a masters in Athletic Training.
