Sheila is great. She responded quickly to my request and worked with us to get my daughter started in lessons as soon as possible. Our experience so far has been great!
I was seeking guitar lessons to improve my entry-level skills and to be able to write some songs. Just under a year later, I understand various different scales (major, minor, and some modes) and when to use them. I also have a comfortable grasp of the different chords and chord shapes. I was planning to focus on just rock n roll but I've been introduced to a much broader array of music including funk, blues, jazz, reggae, and metal as well as different techniques used within each genre. Lessons have been great and have helped me learn not only what to play, but why I'm playing it too. I cannot say enough good things about Justin who has an answer to any question and an accessible teaching style (which is saying a lot when referring to guitar). Every time I leave my lesson I feel that I've improved and I have the support to inspire me to keep improving.
Pete was an excellent drum instructor for my daughter from 8th grade all the way up through High School Jazz band, Marching Band and Drumline. He's an excellent drummer himself and he really cares about his students. I would recommend Pete to anyone who is considering drum lessons.
Chris is outstanding at relating to our son on his level while teaching him all the fundamentals of playing the drums. Our son looks forward to every drum lesson. You can tell Chris loves what he does because he brings out that love of drums in our son.
Bryan engaged our son from the very first lesson, and focused on his interests. Bryan challenges and encourages him every lesson, and after only a couple months he is loving playing real songs. Highly recommend Bryan!

So far so very good! It has only been three weeks, but the Queen City Music Studio is professionally run and our teacher, Maya is wonderful. My daughter is enjoying piano again :-)
I have a full band recording studio capable of 32 simultaneous tracks, digital on a Mac-based system. I specialize in real acoustic drum recordings, not all this drum sample/software gibberish-note replacement that most bands do. I also offer live sound service and P.A. rental with sound technician service for live bands. I also drum lessons. I have 14 years of playing drums and have been trained at a few local lesson facilities. You can see videos of me recording in my band, drumming on YouTube; search Joey Jermer Drumming Kerberos.
I have been a musician for 20 years. I started out on guitar and did lessons in my early teens for 5 years. I began to grow more interested in other instruments, so I began to play the drums. I would call myself a drummer not a guitarist; however, I know more than most guitarist would be able to teach. I have been in multiple projects growing up; visit my Facebook page for my most recent one. My day job is working with at-risk youth who have had serious trauma or some other serious mental health issue. Also, I have worked with all ages of kids in my past job. I was a public speaker who talked in different schools in the NKY area.
I teach individual and group guitar. I teach private drum and advanced jazz drumming. I teach songwriting.
I am a college student with expertise in many different subjects. I graduated as Valedictorian of Bellbrook High School Class of 2014. I'm just looking to share my knowledge and hopefully be able to help others to succeed in their endeavors.
I provide students with a solid musical foundation while honing in and fine tuning musical technique.
Ambient Studios Testimonials: I began taking drum lessons from Dave Prues at Ambient Studios almost a year ago. The day of our lessons quickly became my favorite day of the week. Aside from being an extremely talented drummer, Dave is an amazing teacher. He is always encouraging and positive, and I have gone from being unable to read music to playing entire songs proficiently. I feel confident in my skills as a drummer, and that is partly due to the fact that Dave has taught me the techniques and skills necessary to be a great drummer and partly due to his constant encouragement and patience. I have recently decided to begin voice lessons with him as well, and I look forward to progressing as I have with the drums. Dave is a teacher but also a friend to his students, which makes learning any skill, musical or otherwise, far less daunting. --Andrea Cossman I enjoy helping people play drum parts they never dreamed they could!
There is nothing more valueble to me than to see other people develope a passion and get excited about that passion. Drums are that for me. I love playing and teaching alike. Seeing kids, teenagers, and adults learn and get excited that they are learning and improving is no doubt my favorite part of this job. I love sharing my passion, and connecting with people who have the same passion.
I have just finished my doctorate in music at the College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati and am looking to add students to my private studio. I specialize in concert percussion and music composition, and I also teach drum set, music theory, and beginner piano.
I am an experienced drum instructor who has a few more openings left. I offer drum lessons for all ages and styles of music. They cost $25.00 an hour!
I care deeply about sharing the appreciation, knowledge and love of music with students (both young and old). I provide piano, percussion and drum lessons in home (or other optional locations if musical equipment is unavailable). Prices vary based upon location but are approximately $20-25 per half hour. (I am willing to work with you on this and offer deals for hour lessons, siblings, etc.)
The Music Salon is a place where beginner, aspiring musicians and including the experienced ones can learn how to play or perfect a favorite musical instrument from a qualified, professional teacher in a fun, relaxed and musically enhancing environment. The owner, Sean McGary, wanted to create an environment where students would feel welcome and at home taking pains to avoid the typical, sterile and impersonal environment of some music stores. One-on-one private lessons are offered for guitar, bass and drums. All ages are welcome, from beginner to advanced. The Music Salon has a teacher ready to help take the student's playing to the next level.
I am currently seeking students who would like to learn the drum set. I am an experienced teacher. I have been playing for about 11 years, 6 of those studying under a teacher. Shoot me an email and we can work something out.
