- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our first "session" (free), we will discuss your goals and go over a questionnaire that I will send you in advance. I will put you through a few tests to see your starting point. From there I will build you a personalized program, then we will get after it and start reaching your goals. Through your journey I will test you to see how far you have come (it's the best part to see how you have changed).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer. I have military courses that have pushed my body to it's limits. Along with those I have been training myself for many years. I have helped friends and family reach their goals.
