I have known Trisha for a couple of years now, her classes are always directed towards you and always looking to get you where you want with it. Trisha will always make suggestions before starting the practice, this feature makes you feel part of the class from the very beginning. Another aspect, is the fact that she always treats you with respect and if you are new to yoga or are afraid of trying it, simply because someone could judge you, you need to come and experience a class with Trisha. She will make your class an unforgettable experience, but most importantly, she will respect and value you as an individual, since as she says "nothing in yoga has to be perfect." this motto not only applies to yoga, but also to you as a yogi, her vision is to make you embrace your body and qualities that you currently possess, to make your practice the way you want it to be. "Yoga a perfectly imperfect exercise that embraces the uniqueness of the individual so they can shine in their own light, while experiencing an unforgetable experience."
