- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer basic packages, but really design my prices based on the unique needs of the wedding or event. Every event, doesn't fit into a basic package and I am always happy to work with my clients on pricing and payment plans if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, I will have a brief interview with the new client, ensuring their date is available, discuss some of their vision for the event and brief overview of any special items they are looking to incorporate and their budget. We will then schedule a convenient time for a complimentary consultation to further discuss the event and how Consider It Done Events can help to make it a success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always attending events through local chapters to keep up to date on current trends and new ideas. I am a project manager and certified through the Association of Bridal Consultants through Penn Foster for planning and consulting.
