I first begin working with John on 2/21/14. At the time I was in my opinion very overweight, lacked confidence, and quite frankly lost. When I met John for an initial introduction/evaluation, he was a wealth of invaluable information and contagious enthusiasm. I personally work out with John twice a week (M,W) and although the workouts are intense, they are not as excruciating as they once were, and have become addicting. I also wish to point out that I also keep a very meticulous food journal and workout Sun, Tues and Thurs on my own. With John we primarily focus on weight/strength training, whereas when I'm not there, I do intense cardio. I have lost over 30 pounds, and gained some muscle and definition. Next Wednesday I will be celebrating my 37th. birthday. I just came back from visiting friends in Michigan, and they were shocked by how much I lost and my overall build. Going clothes shopping has become an enjoyable experience! I personally want to lose another 20 pounds as a personal goal, but my co-workers think that would be overkill. My trainer, Bridget, took the time to get to know me and customized the best workouts! She helped me achieve my weight loss goal and build lean muscle, I could not be happier with my results so far! There is also a Registered Dietitian at Live Fit, which is incredible! I was able to consult with him and receive reliable nutrition advice, which has helped me reach my goals even quicker.
Meeting Jim and having him as my trainer has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have learned tons, become much healthier, and more confident working out on my own. He changes up our workouts every session and is getting me closer to my goals.
Jessica is amazing. I really enjoy my workouts with her and actually look forward to them during the week. She is motivating and was helping in creating a great meal plan for me too. I'm really glad she is flexible with her schedule and able to come to me since I have such a hectic and busy schedule myself.

I hired Joel for personal training/cardio kickboxing and have been working out with him 4 times a week, for about a month now and I can honestly say I am beyond satisfied. He is constantly changing up my workout for my physical needs, always pushes me and motivates me to where I need to be in my workout, and always flexible with my schedule. The workouts are fun and very different from being in a gym with a trainer. If you are looking for someone in the Cleveland area he is defiantly the one to go to.. Never been more happy with a trainer or myself.
Rob was an excellent trainer. He was well aware of what my goals were and made sure that they were the main focus of our workouts. After working out with Rob I feel so much stronger and more confident in the weight room, which was something I was too timid to use for a long time. Five Burpees for Rob!
I get very intimidated working out in gyms with all the people and the machines that I have no clue how to use; there is none of that at FT. I am in my own room working one on one with a personal trainer. I've never been really good with the strength training piece of my workouts which is what we focus on in my sessions. It's all work with free weights and my own body weight which is what I need most, I am the strongest that I've ever been thanks to FT.
