Through the practice of yoga, one has the capacity to become physically and mentally stronger. Over the years, I have experienced the power of this transformation in my own life, and I want to help others experience it as well. Since a large group setting may not be ideal for every student, I would like to offer the opportunity to practice yoga in a semi-private or private class. I have been trained in ashtanga, hot vinyasa, slow-burn and yin styles, and I would tailor a class to best serve your needs. Between sessions, I will provide you with a series of flows you can do on your own, in order to provide you with further guidance.
