- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are built for competitive pricing. Our business is fairly small with low overhead but we carry the right tools and have the right training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very easy - we do our best to understand the scope of work and customer expectations and work to exceed those expectations with time to completion and quality of workmanship. We are responsive to questions and handle callbacks (rare though they may be) as a top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 30 years handling handyman projects. 20+ years in screen repair - I used to travel to hardware trade shows training hardware stores how to make screen repairs. More than 15 years in construction - including building house room additions and full remodels.
