Kelsie's class was amazing. One thing that I loved about how she taught was the way that she talked and told us what to do. She had a very warm loving voice and was easy to listen to. I was able to follow along very well with the different moves she was having us do and if we couldn't do the certain move she always encouraged us to keep trying or she gave out a modification. She new all of the positions names very well and new exactly what they meant. She had great music playing throughout the work out and she did really well when she came around to assist us in our positions. Overall kelsie's class was awesome and I plan on going back!
I've taken yoga practices led by Tracie at Agni yoga in Mayfield. She's a great strong instructor who really works with the students in each class and it's obvious she's done a lot of training and continuing education. Would recommend to students of any level practice.

My yoga sessions are therapeutic and provide variety of exercises for body and mind as well as additional recommendations for a diet and self care based on Aurveda (ancient Indian health care). Each class ends with deep guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) that has highly restorative and harmonizing effect. I like to share my knowledge and experience with everyone who is willing to accept it. I enjoy seeing how increased self-awareness developed from yoga practice is changing life of my clients. These changes are amazingly visible and obvious! This is a slow but deep hatha yoga flow, emphasizing breath and offering a rich kundalini-conscious experience for practitioners at all levels.
