His youtube video and other informational media he has created is really good in educating and really easy to follow. Brian currently is coaching me through a very difficult time in my life. I have been training with Jessica for about two weeks now and she is absolutely great! She designs each work out differently to suit how I am feeling and is fun to train with. She gives the extra push and motivation when needed. It's so great working out with her that I actually look forward to the days that I meet her! She has also been helping me with eating healthier, giving great recipes and meal plans. It's been just two weeks and I already feel a few changes with my body, my endurance and how I feel overall. Jeff and I trained for about three years. I had no idea what to do or where to start. He made things very easy to understand and worked at my pace. We found that I did not respond to traditional methods, so Jeff often had to rework my program to get results. Once he cracked the code, WOW! My results were amazing! I had never looked so good, or been in such good shape in my life! Jeff definitely knows what he's doing and knows how to customize a program that will work for each person, not just throw a cookie cutter routine at you and tell youbto wait for it to work. The nutritional information he gave me helped greatly, also. When my lottery check comes in, he's hired as my 24/7 consultant!

She is trustworthy, gracious and easy to talk with. I've just begun my journey with Finesse Fitness. Thus far, Allson met with me once, I shared with her that I want to lose weight, sculpt, and tone my body. I completed a questionnaire,and my nutrition habits, medical condition, injuries, etc. Allison prepared a customized nutrition plan with recipies, and nutrition notes that are specific to my needs. This is Week 1, and I am beginning to learn about nutrition. I can't wait to see what's in store for me during the next 1 weeks with regard to my nutritional and fitness needs. She gave me meal ideas, workout and post workout snack ideas, and her Instagram page gives me inspiration on how to incorporate healthy eating habits into my everyday routine. Erin is the exactly what I need from a nutritionist. She taught me how to read food labels, more importantly what to look read, she also constructed a meal plan that works for me, and an exercise plan. And I could pay with my HSA account. When I met Erin I was 209lbs and now I'm at 185lbs. I still follow my meal plans and Erin is the one that encourages my to mix my meals up. I also still follow the guidelines she gave me for my workouts. With her guidance I have gone from 20% bodyfat to 15.9% and I'm still losing weight and toning up.
