I reached out to Brian initially because I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. I had reached a weight I was unhappy with and my eating habits were out of control. Right away Brian put me at ease and made me feel like managing my diabetes and getting a healthier lifestyle was very much within my reach. His approach to nutrition and fitness is a slow, one-day-at-a-time style that really works for me because I HATE being pressured into dramatic changes. I'm sure he could create a more hurried plan for someone who wants to do that, but for me something methodical is ideal. ***And that approach so far has worked for me. In one week of very minor changes, I have already lost 3lbs and gained a new attitude towards my evolving lifestyle!*** It's also apparent that Brian has experience working with lots of different women in lots of different situations. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to his coaching. He tailors everything to fit YOU and adjusting your habits to get you to your desired outcome. Finally, Brian is very serious about his clients' success. He even encouraged me to text him MORE OFTEN to celebrate micro successes throughout the day/week. It's pretty rare to find a professional like this who wants you to contact them more often than less often! I have been training with Jessica for about two weeks now and she is absolutely great! She designs each work out differently to suit how I am feeling and is fun to train with. She gives the extra push and motivation when needed. It's so great working out with her that I actually look forward to the days that I meet her! She has also been helping me with eating healthier, giving great recipes and meal plans. It's been just two weeks and I already feel a few changes with my body, my endurance and how I feel overall. Jeff and I trained for about three years. I had no idea what to do or where to start. He made things very easy to understand and worked at my pace. I've just begun my journey with Finesse Fitness. Thus far, Allson met with me once, I shared with her that I want to lose weight, sculpt, and tone my body. I completed a questionnaire,and my nutrition habits, medical condition, injuries, etc. Allison prepared a customized nutrition plan with recipies, and nutrition notes that are specific to my needs. Viktoria was always professional but still made an effort to get to know the real you. I was able to be very honest because she was nonjudgmental and I felt comfortable discussing my good and also bad habits. Viktoria is very easy to talk to and willing to help with any questions or concerns on my part. She also does research to fit my individual needs and follows up with sincere concern. Erin is the exactly what I need from a nutritionist. She taught me how to read food labels, more importantly what to look read, she also constructed a meal plan that works for me, and an exercise plan. And I could pay with my HSA account.
