When the technicians were here to install my new furnace, they were professional, very courteous in answering questions that l had and left the area they worked at, very clean. Initially this happened set an appointment but they didn’t show up, no call, no show. Attempted to call them went to a dead line. I thought they were no longer in business. Apparently they were having some CRM issues that caused my appointment to not appear so it might be wise to call and confirm if you made the appointment through thumbtack. Once he was there he was able to give an estimate on the project of boiler replacement.
